Privacy
This page explains what Jackpot After Dark stores, why it is needed, and the choices available to you. Last updated August 25, 2026.
Guest play
If you play as a guest, the guest name and practice-credit balance are stored in your browser. They are not turned into an account unless you choose to sign in. Clearing site data can remove that local guest record.
Signed-in players
Clerk provides sign-in and account management. Jackpot After Dark receives the account identifiers and profile details needed to recognize you, such as your Clerk user ID, name, email address, and profile image. The service stores your practice-credit balance and ledger, game sessions and history, and live-table membership and timestamps.
Analytics
We use a cookieless first-party ServiceAlert analytics endpoint at analytics.servicealert.ai to understand whether the site works well. It may record page path and title, referrer and campaign tags, a random daily-rotating anonymous session classification, broad device, browser, and country categories, Web Vitals, and a small set of product events. It does not use advertising cookies, does not store raw IP addresses in analytics rows, and honors Do Not Track. Player names, email addresses, user IDs, and live-room identifiers are not sent as event properties.
Operations and security
Our hosting, authentication, delivery, and security providers may process ordinary request data such as network address, browser information, timestamps, and error details to deliver and protect the service. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Retention and requests
Game history is kept for up to 400 days, inactive solo sessions for up to 30 days, and finished or inactive live rooms for up to 14 days. Account wallet records may be retained while an account is active and as needed to preserve ledger integrity, prevent abuse, and meet operational obligations.
